Who we are and what this policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how WEB LIMITED LTD ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you visit or use the AI Girlfriend Me platform (the "APP"). It applies to visitors who browse the APP and to registered users. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at [email protected] or through the "Contact" section of the APP.

"Personal data" means any information relating to you as an identified or identifiable person. "Processing" covers everything we do with that data, from collection to erasure.

Data we collect

From visitors: technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device characteristics, pages viewed, and referral information (including advertising attribution parameters). Analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner.

From registered users, in addition: your email address and password (or your Google account identifier if you sign in with Google), optional profile details you choose to provide (nickname, gender, interface language), your conversations with AI companions, the characters you create and the images, videos, and voice clips you generate, your support requests, and records of your purchases and credit balance.

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment providers, not by us — we never store full card numbers. For cryptocurrency payments, our crypto payment processor handles the transaction; we store only the resulting transaction records.

How we use your data

We process personal data to: create and operate your account; deliver the service itself, which includes sending the text of your conversations and generation requests to the third-party AI infrastructure providers that generate replies, images, videos, and voice audio; process payments and maintain your credit balance; answer support requests; send transactional emails about your account and purchases; send marketing emails only where you have opted in (every one carries an unsubscribe link, and you can change the preference in your profile at any time); measure and improve the APP; and keep the platform safe.

Safety processing is important on an adults-only platform: automated moderation filters review content for violations of our Blocked Content Policy, flagged content may be reviewed manually, and we maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexualizes minors, which we report and act on as described in our Underage Policy.

Conversations are processed to provide the companion experience — including memory of past messages — and are not used to identify you to third parties. Please do not include sensitive personal information (such as health or financial details, or personal data about other people) in your conversations.

Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as your language and safe-mode choice. Analytics cookies run only after you consent through the cookie banner; you can decline them and keep using the APP. You can also remove or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking necessary cookies may prevent parts of the APP from working.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only with: service providers who process it on our instructions (payment processors, AI inference providers, cloud hosting and content-delivery providers, email delivery services, and analytics providers); professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants where necessary; and courts, regulators, or law enforcement where the law requires it. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal data may be disclosed to the parties involved and will remain subject to this policy.

We will not share your personal data with any third party for that party's own marketing without your express opt-in consent.

International transfers

Our service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we take steps designed to ensure your data receives an adequate level of protection, such as contractual safeguards with those providers.

How long we keep data

We keep your personal data while your account exists. You can delete your account yourself at any time from your profile settings — deletion erases your profile, characters, conversations, and generated media. After account closure we retain only what we must: transaction and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to six years), and safety or legal records where retention is required to comply with the law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to: access a copy of the personal data we hold about you; have inaccurate data corrected; have your data erased (the "right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. Withdrawing the consent the service depends on means we can no longer provide it, and your account will be closed.

To exercise any right, use the self-service controls in your profile or contact us at [email protected]. We respond within one month; for complex or multiple requests we may extend that period and will tell you if so. If we must refuse a request on legal grounds, we will explain why. You also have the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

Minors

The APP is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor has created an account, we delete the account and its data and block access. If you believe a minor is using the APP, report it to [email protected].

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, or disclosure — including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting access to those who need it to operate the service. If a breach occurs that affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.

Third-party links

The APP may link to websites or services we do not control (for example our social channels or payment pages). Their privacy practices are their own — please review their policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revision date above always reflects the current version, and we will notify you of material changes by email or in the APP. Continued use of the APP after a change means you accept the updated policy.
